There will be a special themed – Purple Carpet Affair from 7p-9p for all the tastemakers at the newest premier destination Loft on Lake 1366 West Lake Street. The Bumblebee Network showcases and honors Chicago's fashion designers and boutique owners that will broaden the awareness for the fashion community who in the past few years have made great strides in exposing their brilliant works to other high-profiled meccas of fashion like New York and LA.
This dynamic event will host a runway fashion show, artist performances, and a meet and mingle networking social opportunities.
ChiFa will feature some of today's top Chicago designers: Macy's Incubator Designers', Anna Hovet, Alonzo Jackson known as the (Fashion Geek), Nora Del Busto, Chicago Fashion Resource- Alice Berry, Gen Art (Fresh Face Nominee), Jenny Pfanenstiel, Sneaker shoe pimp - Dave Jeff and Kevin Hill known as the (Fly Nerd).
There will be entertainment provided by Chicago's local artist: DL Johnson, UNMOVABO, Poet Yolonda Curtis and music by DJ Corey Sanford of Music Masters Entertainment.
The birth of the Bumblebee network is the brainchild founder Crystal Jones who culminates her diverse background from the advertising, marketing and publishing industries to give attendees a memorable experience and honors Chicago's exceptional network of fashion professionals. She promises these lifestyle events will empower and connect them to peers, colleagues and clients.

BUILD knows that the youth have the capacity, creativity, courage, and competence to lead, and their youth recently composed a song, "We Gotta BUILD," to address the pressing issues of youth violence in Chicago.
